Imagine a world where women had more power.

Women rarely start wars, ravage rainforests or commit sexual abuse. Nonetheless, women are caught up in the middle when the world is in turmoil. The idea behind this film is simple:
What would the world look like if women had more power?

What a world. Let’s change it.
Commercial 30 sec
With the absurd contrast between the music and the visuals, we wanted people to reflect on what the world would have looked like if power was distributed equally.

Around the world, there is still legislation that sanction men's violence against women, prohibits women from working with what they want and restricts their human rights. If the world is to become equal, we need to advocate for change in legislation and break discriminatory traditions and attitudes.
Kvinna till Kvinna has worked to improve the conditions of women in the world since 1993. Together with over 150 partner organisations, they’re on site in 20 countries to end violence against women and strengthen women's political influence.

Can you trust the statistics?

Statistically — Congo-Kinshasa is an utopian place for women to live. Looking at the numbers, domestic violence simply doesn’t exist.

Sounds too good to be true? It is. The reason is a sinister one: violence on women simply isn’t classified as a crime.

Kvinna till Kvinna works to change discriminatory legislation and make the world a safer place for women worldwide. In this campaign we focused on just that.

Created together with Amanda Julin, Jakob Swedenborg, Carl Cerstrand and the brilliant people working at Kvinna till Kvinna.
The same lack og legislation applies to child marriage in Iraq, domestic violence in Jordan and a depressingly large number of other examples. Change is long overdue.
