Xperia Z2 was the first smartphone with Digital Noise Cancellation.As official partner of the FIFA World Cup 2014, Sony wanted to reach both the ones who love the game, and those who don’t. Together with Sweden’s biggest news site, Aftonbladet, we developed Xperia Football Cancellation, a button that gave people an opportunity to take out the biggest noise there is during the World Cup — football itself.

Xperia Competitor Charger

Battery life is a key factor when choosing a new phone, and we’ll do almost anything when running out of battery. So we decided to help people struck by low battery panic. By attaching charging stations to bus stops and subway trains all over Sweden, commuters could charge their smartphones while waiting for the bus. With two days of battery life its easy to be generous.

The Xperia Soda Stunt

During the opening weekend of James Bond movie Skyfall in Stockholm, Sony Mobile carried out a stunt in true undercover manner to promote the waterproof smartphone Xperia Acro S. A smartphone worthy of James Bond.
