There are few things more associated with Swedish traditions than O.P Anderson aquavit. And it's been consumed exactly the same for the past 127 years. Neat. Now, more than a century after it was first bottled, O.P. Anderson has decided to break into the cocktail category, a decision that of course upsets the traditionalists.

It has come to our knowledge that people are diluting O.P. by pouring it into all sorts of drinks and cocktails, destroying everything we’ve worked so hard for.
So, yes — you can mix great cocktails with aquavit.
But it’s wrong.
